Users may reach out for help understanding prerequisite courses.

In the JCI catalog, there are two separate sections on the course information page concerning prerequisites:

• Prerequisites for the training are listed under Overview, along with an alert regarding how many prerequisite courses must be completed before taking the training in question.
  
  
• Prerequisites for these items are listed on the right side of the page. These are courses for which the current training serves as a prerequisite.
